We specialize in millwork. This niche includes windows, doors, cabinetry, moulding, hardware and related specialty products. More than half our business is commercial, much of which takes us out of our home state of Alabama and across the United States. We follow our commercial contractor customers wherever they build, and we cater to a local customer base of remodelers, homeowners, and general contractors as well. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional service at a fair price. We utilize professional software for estimating, designing, and quoting that produces high quality project estimates quickly and affordably. We are full service, before and after the sale. What to Expect During Your Remodeling Project
Please clean and remove small breakables around the area that is scheduled to be remodeled prior to the installation. Make sure our crew members have clear walkways and easy access to the immediate areas around the project. Please remove curtains and blinds. This will help your project go much faster.
✓ Help move large furniture away from opening before work begins
✓ Lay down drop clothes on the interior and exterior of the opening to catch as much debris as possible
✓ Remove old windows/doors/etc that are being replaced and properly prepare rough opening for installation.
✓ Check to make sure there is no structural damage caused by water or termites
✓ Fasten new windows/doors, shim, and insulate to prevent air and water leakage
✓ Apply all necessary trim on the interior and exterior of opening
✓ Caulk and seal all necessary openings or gaps
✓ Clean the newly installed product
✓ Clean the work area to remove all construction debris
✓ Help move furniture back to its original location
✓ Conduct a final inspection with you
✓ Our installers will always be professional and courteous and will be happy to address any questions or concerns before, during, and after the installation.
✓ All work will be completed to your satisfaction, and the jobsite will be clean of all trash and debris.
✓ All work is covered with a standard 1 year labor warranty from RO Supply Company in addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty.
✓ In addition, RO Supply will be available to answer any questions about how to correctly operate the products installed.
